A new house of prayer has been dedicated to the greater glory of God.
With grateful hearts, the faithful gathered for the Blessing and Inauguration of St. Ignatius of Loyola Chapel in Anyana, Tanzaβa significant milestone in the life of the community as it welcomes a sacred place for worship, prayer, and spiritual formation.
The Holy Mass was celebrated today, July 31, 2026 at 9:30 am which was followed by the blessing, both were presided by Most Rev. Reynaldo G. Evangelista, D.D., Bishop of Imus, together with concelebrating priests: Msgr. George Morales, Fr. Vir Mendoza, Fr. Henry Go, Fr. Jun Perez, Fr. Bobby Capino, Fr. Sundeep Pulidindi, Fr. Ariel Lisama, Fr. Ronel Ilano, Fr. Marcy Convento and Fr. Allan Valero. Present also were Mayor SM Matro of Tanza, Mayor Jonjon Ferrer of Gen. Trias, Ex-Mayor Yuri Pacumio of Tanza and other local officials of Tanza. The said chapel is under the Parish of Sta. Cruz and was donated by Mrs. Felicitas Ong, the President of Antel Tanza Inc.
Inspired by the patronage of St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus, and whose feast day we celebrate today, may this chapel become a place where hearts are formed to "find God in all things," deepen their relationship with Christ, and respond generously to His call to serve.
May this newly blessed chapel continue to be a beacon of faith, hope, and charity for generations to come.
