Greetings of peace!
In the wake of the recent 6.9 magnitude earthquake that struck the Archdiocese of Cebu on September 30, 2025, causing loss of lives, suffering, and damages to infrastructures and livelihoods, we are moved to respond in the spirit of solidarity.
In support of the appeal of His Excellency, Most Rev. Alberto S. Uy, D.D., Archbishop of Cebu, I enjoin all parishes in the Diocese of Imus to hold special collections during evening masses on October 4 and Sunday masses on October 5 as our gesture of solidarity in this moment of calamity.
Kindly remit the collections to the Diocesan Finance Office at the soonest possible time.
Let us pray that those affected may find comfort and strength through our Lord Jesus, made visible through our kindness and support.
