Dear Brother Priests, Consecrated Persons, and Lay Faithful of the Diocese of Imus,
Greetings of peace!
In keeping with our mission of strengthening families and nurturing the faith, I commend to your pastoral care the establishment of the Catholic Elderly & Grandparents Association of the Philippines (CEGAP), a sub-ministry of Ministri sa Pamiya at Buhay of the Diocese of Imus, in your respective parishes.
This initiative seeks to promote the welfare of our elderly and grandparents, whose witness of faith and perseverance remains a significant part of ecclesial life.
I enjoin all parishes to establish this sub-ministry so that our elders may continue to share their wisdom, foster communion, and receive pastoral care befitting their dignity as members of the Body of Christ.
May the Lord, who is ever faithful, sustain them with His grace, and may our families be renewed in love, compassion, and steadfast faith.
