Diocese of Imus congratulates TOSDOSA Awards finalist

March 18, 2026 by Ministry on Social Communications

IMUS CITY (March 17, 2026) – The Ministry on Migrants of the Diocese of Imus proudly extends its heartfelt congratulations to Laurenz Angelo S. Bermejo, a high school student of Pastorelle–Jesus Good Shepherd School Inc. in Imus City, Cavite, for being chosen as one of the finalists in the 15th Ten Outstanding Sons and Daughters of OFW Student Achievers (TOSDOSA) Awards

The Diocese commends Bermejo for bringing pride and inspiration to the local community and joins his family, school, and peers in celebrating this remarkable achievement.

Organized by the CBCP Episcopal Commission on Migrants and Itinerant People (CBCP-ECMI), the TOSDOSA Awards honor the academic excellence, resilience, and inspiring achievements of children of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). This prestigious recognition highlights not only scholastic performance but also leadership, values, and meaningful contributions to schools and communities.

Celebrated annually on a national scale, the TOSDOSA Awards serve as a tribute to the sacrifices and successes of OFW families, whose dedication and perseverance are reflected in the outstanding accomplishments of their children.
