Dear Brother Priests, Consecrated Persons, and Lay Faithful of the Diocese of Imus,
Greetings of peace!
As our nation is constantly beset by corruption, injustice, and division, we draw strength from the Lord's call to remain steadfast in faith.
In communion withe Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), I encourage our parishes, educational institutions, religious institutes, religious organizations, and basic ecclesial communities to join the White Ribbon March on Sunday, June 28, at the EDSA People Power Monument.
This non-partisan, peaceful gathering will be highlighted by moments of prayer and a Eucharistic celebration entrusting our nation to the maternal care of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Celestial Patroness of the Philippines.
May the Lord increase in us the grace of hope, enlightenment, conversion, and renewal.
