Dear Brother Priests, Consecrated Persons, and Lay Faithful of the Diocese of Imus,

Greetings of Peace! 

On eve of the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe, I enjoin everyone to gather for a Diocesan Prayer Rally for Good Governance, Transparency, and Accountability on Saturday, November 22, 2025, 3pm onwards, at Dasmariñas Grandstand, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.

Reflecting on the theme, "Simbahang Kabitenyo: May Pananagutan, May Pananagutin," this peaceful assembly is our response to the pervasive and distressing reality of corruption in our country that burdens our people, especially the poor.

As a community of faith, we cannot remain indifferent and stand idle. We are summoned to become "salt of the earth and light of the world" (Mt 5: 13-14) as we stand for truth, justice, and moral integrity.

Anticipated Masses on November 22 will be cancelled in all parish churches and chapels. All Parish Adoracion Nocturna Vigils in parishes are discouraged. Instead, all Adoracion Nocturna members will do the Vigil at the Diocesan Prayer Rally. This year's celebration of Christ the King is also very significant because it is the 100th Anniversary of the establishment of the celebration declared by Pope Pius XI in the document "Quas Primas" issued in 1925.

Here is the flow of the program on November 22, 2025:

                    3:00pm -  Arrival and Assembly at the City of Dasmariñas Grandstand

                    3:30pm - Recitation of the Holy Rosary

                    4:00pm - Holy Eucharist

                    5:15pm - Preliminaries: Explanation of the Reason for the Diocesan Prayer Rally

                    5:30pm - Love of Country Song

                    6:00pm - Talk 1

                    6:30pm - PASTOL KA Statement and Song

                    6:45pm  - Talk 2

                    7:15pm - "Synthesis"

                   7:30pm - Eucharistic Adoration, Candle Lighting and Procession

                   8:00pm - Commitment to Accountability

I urge everyone to stand in solidarity and pray for good governance inspired by the Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe. Please wear white during the event as we pray for moral and social transformation.
