Dear Brother Priests, Consecrated Persons, and Lay Faithful of the Diocese of Imus,
Greetings peace!
The Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) has published recently the Oratio Imperata for Peace to be prayed in all Eucharistic celebrations that begins on 25 July 2024 until 1 January 2025.
This is in the light of the worldwide call to end hostilities and violence, and in a special way, for peace in the West Philippine Sea.
Attached are the English and Tagalog translations of the Oratio Imperata for Peace.
I enjoin all parishes and Christian communities to pray fervently for the grace of justice, peace and reconciliation.
