Tayo na’t magsama-sama bilang iisang Kabataang Kabitenyo upang muling pag-alabin ang ating pananampalataya, tuklasin ang ating bokasyon.

Fill in the required details in the Google spreadsheet. Make sure the delegation head is listed first. Each parish may register up to 50 delegates only (Kindly note that we DISCOURAGE sending delegates who are younger than 15).

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟯: 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 

Open the Google Form and provide the necessary details. Select the appropriate delegation type and attach the link to your registration spreadsheet.

The registration fee is P100.00 per participant and must be paid upon registration. Scan the QR code to pay, then upload your payment receipt as proof. Settle your payment in a single transaction.

Submit the form, wait for 2-3 days for confirmation.
