(a) the existing parish formation team or,
(b) potential formation team members as identified by the Parish Priest, and
(c) have completed the 𝐏𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐆 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞.
