Dear Brother Priests, Consecrated Persons, and Lay Faithful of the Diocese of Imus,

The Season of Lent that begins on Ash Wednesday, the 14th of February 2024, enjoins us to nourish the Christian values of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.

This season reminds us to detach constantly from our personal desires and be more conscious of the needs of others especially the poor.

In light of this, the annual Pondo ng Pinoy Community Foundation Inc.'s FAST2FEED ASH WEDNESDAY APPEAL in the Diocese of Imus will be launched this Ash Wednesday 2024.

The foundation desires to feed malnourished children of Pondo ng Pinoy member dioceses for 120 days.

The Fast2Feed envelopes will be distributed in your parish, communities, and institutions after a short catechesis within a Eucharistic celebration. May our support for this pastoral initiative be our collective expression of penance and self-giving this Lenten Season.

Please remit immediately the donation through Fast2Feed envelopes at the Diocesan Finance Office.
